A new day....very early in the morning, no lights on in the driveway but the workers are coming in slowly and parking in their own spots.   It is very early so there is only one light on over in the hospital wing.  Someone has their television on so there are other early risers in this complex.   I just looked at my coffee cup and it is empty...off to get a refill...I'll be back!!

AAh!!!  Hot coffee, the elixir of early morning movement!!!  Now if someone would come in the door with a big fat jelly doughnut I would have nothing to complain about......well, I could try hard and find something but no one wants to listen....a new day, wonder what is in store for us.

Yesterday we met upstairs for a 'work' party and worked on our artistic side;   I have one somewhere, just haven't found it yet.    We got to work with beans and create a masterpiece;  um....wonder if it could be called that....more like a supreme effort to create something that defies a name...smile.    I didn't put enough glue on so my 'cup runs over.'..smile.....being creative takes energy and sometimes that energy is not to be had and the end results can be and are nameless.  We get a pat on the back for our efforts although that smirk on the face of our leaders is something to see. . . how can you look at that particular masterpiece and not laugh out loud?   Not easy ....when your face lights up with a smile from ear to ear.  Not everyone is an artist, but.....a little word of encouragement doesn't hurt at all.  The fact that we make an effort to be artistic says a lot...no, you cannot make comments...well you can if you are willing to try creating a masterpiece of your own.   It does look easy....but......some smart 'alec' said it is all in the wrist...I don't think so!!  Bur.....it is fun to be creative and the end results are always 'beautiful and wonderful' and takes its place on the mantel place to be admired.....as it should be...smile.

So today is a new day and you will have to find things to do, places to go, and friends to share time with.   You can always put the kettle on and make a pot of tea.   invite a friend or two in and enjoy some 'palaver' and plot and plan some fun things to do.    It is much to early to see if it is going to be a good walk about day...let's hope so, fresh air is good for us....walking is even better.   So wake up, get up and get going....make your day great, just like YOU.....make those seconds 'sing'....GO!!!!  Be YOU!!!!
