Memorial Day

On Memorial Day we pay  homage to the 104,366 brave Americans who gave their lives as history shows . . . War is hell, so today take a second or two off to remember those who gave their lives , light a candle for their souls when you next go to church.    Long gone, but never forgotten.    Memorial Day keeps each one in mind and heart.    Movies, stories, keep us apprised of those who fought for freedom....for us....and gave their lives...we owe a debt we can never repay...but we can take a minute or two to light a candle in thanksgiving for that brave soul who marched off to fight for our freedom.  Most of us lost someone we loved dearly.  We remember in our minds and hearts and promise never to forget them.

So, today, Memorial Day, be sure to take time out to remember.    Be good, be kind, be gentle and be the best you can be.    A special day for good deeds....remember that and do more than one.    Live, love, laugh after you spend a little of your time in thanksgiving to those who gave their all for us.
