A New Day

Determination!!  A new day, right this minute it is pitch black in the parking lot, only one light on at the hospital wing, it is early, a new day about to begin;  wonder what it holds for us . . . we are about to find out as we fill our coffee cup and peek out into the blackness of early morning....one eye open, no thought as to what to do for today...a walk?   a drive?  housework?  or ???  ....something will come up and you will have a good day...all day....make a point of it!!

new beginnings!!!!  The beginning of flight....practice makes perfect and this little one is determined.   Reminds me of 'mamma' watching those first steps...remember?   It was not that long ago..smile!!!

Good morning, much to early to tell you what the new day will be like as it is before five a.m. and it is pitch black outside with the exception of  a small light on the building across the way.  Silence.....not a peep, no movement, it is pitch black which is as it should be at this time of the beginning of a new day.   Habits of a lifetime keep me up and about , no good reason, just the way it is.   I can hunker down in my chair and snooze later or put my shoes on and get going to fill a new day with 'pleasurable moments' ....or not...smile.  As the old adage says....'time will tell' and with a little help from my family and friends, I should have a great day!!!   I hope you are in for a really good one filled with love and laughter, a bit of hard work, a little catch up on the things you intended to get done but didn't;   a new day to get 'things' all done to perfection....or not....smile!!

I had a great day yesterday with drop in company helping to find pieces of the puzzle on the table.  It is coming along...slowly....not an easy one.  My television is on the fritz so I am not up to date on the events happening around our world.   Last I knew there was flooding on going and that is never good news...fire and flood....two of the worst events in life.....I hope each of you are safe and sound and enjoying one day as it comes.   As for me, I had a good day, love drop in company and when there is a  puzzle on the puzzle board it is like a magnet and folks love to come in and hunt for pieces.   Some with tales to tell, some just quiet and enjoy the hunt for that one piece they have to find before they find their way out the door.  

I am off for a refill....hot coffee....a wake up drink....I'll head for the puzzle and see if I can find a piece or two.    No TV until the repair person comes and gets it going....a new day, I'll love you and leave you and hope your day is a 'good' one....up to you to make it so....get cracking!!!  Smile!!!  Hugs to all.
