Time for decorating with pumpkins, ...squash pie......pumpkin to you.....if you make one don't forget to invite me over for a piece.....with or without ice cream, or a dallop of real true creme....yum!!!! The start of the holiday season, starts with Halloween and goes on to Thanksgiving and Christmas...doesn't that make you wake up and take notice...the end of another year is about to happen slowly and surely and the fun begins....Time to start thinking of how you want to celebrate the holidays; it is just never to soon to put on the thinking cap as a lot of work is coming up...fun time....but it can be hectic....it can be a lot of things and FUN is one of them....SO!!! Preparation is half the battle. Time to put your thinking cap on, time to make the lists, time to go shopping first for lots of candy to share with the little goblins, on to being thankful for everything that is good in your life and then. as one of the old adages goes...time to celebrate the biggest and brightest holidays. . . we grouse, we complain, we squirm, we bellow and roar yet we wouldn't change a thing....family....love....fun and games ; a lot of hugging; a lot of celebrating and making a happy lovable time makes our world go around ....sharing love.....um.....whats not to like...smile. October, November, December. . . get ready...time flies when you are having fun!!
I hope you are noticing the Fall colors....beautiful, bright, glowing in their Fall dress....such beauty!! how beautiful and a free show...find a few beautiful dry leaves and decorate your dinner table. Bring a little of the outside in and enjoy the glow of the Fall season. Have a 'happy day'...all day...participate in one good deed, two if you feel magnanimous; share YOU with those you Love and Like....Be 'bountiful' all day and make today special, just like YOU!!
