Sludge

The Phoenix rises as the Northern Lights fill the sky up there in Alaska.  Hopefully a token of good will.
A change of pace.    A better world.    Wishful thinking.    Good luck.    It is a sign , or is it?

Now this is the story about sludge;  not a very nice story as the Federal Government Group responsible for  legislation allowed this to happen.    Sewage sludge, industrial waste, applied to farm land . . . and, under pretense of "Natural Fertilizer"  It is a dangerous practice,  pollutants introduced into the soil.  Someone is asleep at the wheel . . . and some think voting time is a waste...um....better rethink and head for the polls as you pay attention to what is going on in our world.  Think produce;  think food;   think of your health.   Time to pay attention to what goes on and get out and vote some of the 'idiots' out of office.

A whale's tail;  a sight to see;   it is exciting to watch for the whales.

One of my old time favorites, Andy Rooney, the man with the gift of gab left a long list of 'words' for us so I thought I'd put a few on every day so you could enjoy his profound sense of being.
I'll do a few every day until they are gone. Thank you Barbara for being so thoughtful and sharing.

l. I've learned....that the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person.
2. I've learned...that when you're in love, it shows
3.I've learned...that just one person saying to me, "You've made my day!" makes my day.
4. I've learned...that having a child fall asleep in your arms is one of the most peaceful feelings in the world.
5. I've learned...that being kind is more important than being right.

                 more tomorrow!

So today take Andy Rooney's words to heart and fit them into your day. . . make someone's day as you look, love and listen.   Good deeds are like the beads on a rosary;  each one has meaning;  each one asks for love, patience and understanding.  As you handle each bead you are asking for blessings for all and that is a good thing.   You don't need a rosary, you have ten fingers, so get busy and weave and wave a prayer upward;  amazing results to your heart and brain . . . be a Phoenix and spread your wings.

Enjoy your Sunday, hold a church service within your heart as you say a prayer or two for those you love and like.    There are those who are in need;  some who are ill;   some who are lost and need to be found;  some who want the moon with a fence around it but would settle for a hug, a kiss, a soft touch from you and be thankful for having YOU in their life.   You really do mean something special to someone, so don't let them down.  Make this Sunday special; just like YOU.  Hugs to all.
