Good New Day To YOU!!

The sky looks a little like this as I gaze out my window to a parking lot filled with cars.  The workers are here, all busy and ready for a new day.   The blinds are not open over at the hospital wing.  Say a tiny prayer for those in 'sick bay' and wish them well today.   Quiet prevails.  A little bit of pink to the sky this morning, wonder if that means a bit of weather moving in today....so far it has been clear and bright and lovely for a walk around the block.   No.. I didn't go for a walk yesterday but I did get over to watch some Netflick with Patricia and daughter Christine joined us as we had a date to go out for some Chinese food.    The secret of success is to each order something special then share;  what a feast;  a banquet really and oh so tasty.  No left overs so I do not get to enjoy a second go round..like I need seconds...smile!!

Got your fire crackers ready?   Are you going to light up the sky?   Well, at least make some noise.  I wonder if they still have those sparklers.  I use to be able to handle those, but..the big five inch salutes were a bit much...don't like the noise and am such a sissy when it comes to having one go off under foot.    I am going to stay quiet and listen to the noise when the folks in town decided to shoot off the fireworks.   I will get to see some of those high in the sky from my porch.  I wont see much this year as the trees have really grown taller and wider, but those that really go far up into the night sky will burst with color and I'll sit here and smile.  So find yourself the best 'seat in the  house'' and relax and enjoy the burst of color that fills the night sky.    Happy Fourth of July!!!

Be good, be kind, be gentle as you go about your day today.   Don't forget a good deed or two;  make some one person smile today because you stopped in.   Don't forget one of those no calorie doughnuts...I know they don't have them really, but....pretend...then take a big bite, smile and enjoy, you can diet another life time;  somethings are not worth giving up....and....you can always work the calories off....someday....smile....not today.   It's the Fourth of July  holiday time, and that means energy fuel to last the day.....go.....be a fire cracker, a rocket, a fly high.
