The Hunters!!
As you can see by the above photographs that Jock is a terrific teacher. He recently took this young lady, and her dad, out for a days hunt and as you can see they did find the wild turkeys. I'd like a feather or two, sure looks beautiful....
This young lady is a very lucky young girl to be able to go out on a turkey hunt and learn how to hunt safely. Jock also teaches a class on gun safety. An all round good man to have in ones life.
We did get a couple of drops of rain yesterday but nothing we could brag about. Pat and I did a little grocery shopping and a little aisle walking for exercise. The store was crowded, as usual, and finding the right goodies to put in the basket was easy.
Today is Gallery day, a reception for one of the new artists. It will be interesting to see her work . It is also Louis' birthday so we get to sing today....he should enjoy that...or not..smile. The gallery table will be full of good things to nibble on so we wont go hungry today. If the sun comes out, the crowds come out, so pray for a little sunshine.
I am off to have my coffee and wake up. I hope your day is a 'good' one and you get up, get out, and enjoy your Sunday....a day of rest; so...practice resting if that is what you like to do..if not....get up and get out and make your day the best it can be. Be a good neighbor; a good friend; a charmer; a lover; just be whatever it is you specialize in and make someone smile. Happy is good, sad is ageing, Happy makes you beautiful; sadness makes you old before your time....so....get up, get out and make your world beautiful just like you. Today is a good day to do just that. Hugs to all.
