Good Morning!

Beach Stacks.    Makes one wonder how they got there.   Silence at its best.  Beautiful and calming.

There is nothing like a walk along the beach to make one feel healthy and happy.

A new day.   What will it hold?    The ground hog says more winter.   Who listens?   WE do!!! Smile.    So far the weather here in  the Northwest has been mild.   Nothing to complain about but then who would listen to complaints????  Not us......It just does't do any good to complain, weather is weather and it is to be enjoyed whether it is calm or stormy.   So far we have had a very mild winter.   More sweater weather than not;  but it isn't over so I wont crow as one never can tell what the day will bring.

Here at Ridgemont life goes on.    Our lovely Ginny had a fall and came to the luncheon table all banged up.   She said she just fell for no good reason.   Balance was off.   That does happen as we age;   one has to be very careful not to turn too quickly or step without holding on to something.   How much we take our bodies for granted.    I guess the secret of success is to slow down and pay attention to how we move.

We had a good day here at  Ridgemont yesterday.   The family of musicians, all play violins, came and played for us.    They play well and love to entertain us.    The cupcakes were out and the afternoon soiree was well attended.

So, we start a new week and hopefully a good one.    Do not forget to continue to say a prayer or two for those who are ill.  The flu bug is still around so don't hesitate to make a pot of soup and  share it.    Share you with those you like and love;  it is okay if I am on the bottom of your list as long as I am on it..smile.    Be good, be kind, be YOU.    Put a bee in your bonnet and buzz around and see what kind of 'good' you can do today.    BE YOU!!!!  Share and Care!!!   Let a smile be your umbrella even if it is not a rainy day...smile.     Hugs to all.
